Responsibilities

  • Leadership and operational ownership for Cash Management Services function
  • Setting service standards and strengthening processes
  • Overseeing Cash Management operations for compliance and scalability
  • Mentoring staff and providing oversight of services
  • Driving automation and system enhancements
  • Supporting technology upgrades and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Establishing operational standards and workflows
  • Analyzing service trends and operational metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Six years of work-related experience or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of Cash Management services, payment channels, and banking operations
  • Ability to evaluate workflows and assess operational risk
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and operational controls
  • AAP or CTP certification strongly preferred
