  • Billing Coordinator handling sales orders and liaising with internal departments in finance at Banham. Ensuring accurate data entry and resolving issues to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in an accounts department
  • Excellent attention to detail in data entry
  • Comfortable liaising with internal departments and individuals to confirm information
  • Strong organisational & communication skills
  • Determined to drive revenue and push performance
  • Strong general IT skills
  • Knowledge of Sage X3, Sage CRM & FSM would be ideal but not essential
  • MS Office Software proficient - such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
  • Web-based applications proficient, such as Zendesk, OneDrive etc.
