About the role
- Senior Performance Analyst monitoring and analyzing Key Performance Indicators for Televendas and Call Center operations at Mercantil. Collaborating with operational areas to define growth strategies and report results.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators for telesales and phone support operations
- Develop managerial and executive reports to track results
- Build, maintain and evolve performance and productivity dashboards
- Identify trends, operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Act as a partner to operational areas in defining strategies and growth levers
- Perform deep-dive analyses of the sales funnel, conversion, productivity and quality
- Support the definition of targets, KPIs and performance drivers
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability
- Support the establishment of management rituals (results reviews, forums, follow-ups)
- Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement in operational processes
- Work closely with operations, planning and data teams
Requirements
- Solid experience in commercial or operational performance analysis
- Experience with Call Center, Telesales or phone support operations
- Experience analyzing operational and productivity metrics
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation ability
- Experience building dashboards and executive reports
