About the role
- Senior Commercial Planning Analyst ensuring stock availability and analyzing demand/stock at Riachuelo. Collaborating with teams to enhance strategies and optimize processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure our strategic products are consistently in stock by managing end-to-end planning
- Monitor and improve key KPIs: stockouts, inventory coverage and revenue
- Manage and execute OTB (Open-to-Buy), analyzing demand, performance and opportunities
- Build analyses and recommendations that support Commercial team decisions
- Create and enhance dashboards and metrics to provide business visibility
- Work collaboratively with multiple teams, delivering quick, practical solutions
- Propose continuous process improvements and ensure efficient day-to-day execution (hands-on profile)
Requirements
- Experience in Commercial Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management or related areas
- Experience with OTB and demand/inventory analysis
- Highly analytical, structured and focused on solving real business problems
- Proactive, ownership mindset and a strong 'get things done' attitude
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI and Python is a plus
