Responsibilities
- Actief zoeken en benaderen van kandidaten via diverse kanalen
- Het schrijven van vacatureteksten en ondersteunen van de Corporate Recruiters
- Onderhouden van talent pools voor toekomstige functies binnen BAM
- Screenen en beoordelen van profielen op basis van match met de openstaande functies
- Meedenken om onze recruitmentprocessen continu te verbeteren
Requirements
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als talent sourcer, recruiter of intercedent
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Ervaring met sourcing-tools en platforms zoals LinkedIn Recruiter
- Creatief en proactief in het vinden van kandidaten
- Resultaatgericht
- Kan goed werken binnen een dynamische omgeving
