Responsibilities

Requirements
- Hbo-/wo‑werk- en denkniveau, aantoonbaar door een afgeronde opleiding Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar.
- Minimaal 6 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen ontwikkelende bouwers, woningcorporaties of verduurzamingsprojecten.
- Kennis van nieuwbouw en/of bestaande bouw, inclusief regelgeving en processen.
- Een sterk netwerk bij corporaties, gemeenten en ontwikkelaars.
- Initiatief, resultaatgerichtheid, overtuigingskracht en een verbindende houding.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het vertalen van klantbehoeften naar concrete oplossingen.
