About the role

  • Business Continuity Manager for Axos Bank developing and implementing continuity plans. Identifying risks and ensuring operational readiness across various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing business continuity plans to minimize risks and ensure continuity of operations
  • Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective response to disruptions
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of plans
  • Managing the review, development and administration of policies and procedures for BCP
  • Facilitating the collection and maintenance of the Bank's BIA and BCP documentation

Requirements

  • 2 + Years experience with BCP processes and activities
