Alternant assistant responsable secteur at Nespresso focusing on customer retention and lead generation through various channels. Involves collaboration with the sales team and handling client relationships.
Responsibilities
You conduct customer retention appointments on a portfolio of 100 clients — approximately 4 appointments per week (40% of your time)
You perform in-person, telephone and digital prospecting to generate leads, create opportunities and schedule prospect meetings
You occasionally cover for sales representatives if a territory is vacant, with the support of a colleague from another territory (customer retention, order follow-up, opening new accounts)
Requirements
You are curious, committed to your work and eager to learn the sales profession.
Proficient with office software (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a strong focus on Excel (creating PivotTables, cross-referencing files using VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, analyses)
You are recognized for being inquisitive, organized and motivated to learn.
Knowledge of sales techniques is a plus.
