About the role
- Content Marketing Intern creating engaging media content for baesh, a Gen-Z social platform. In a hybrid setup, you'll develop skills in social media strategy and content creation.
Responsibilities
- Film and edit content for Instagram and TikTok
- Capture baesh events, user experiences, partner venues, and everyday life in Berlin
- Appear in talking-head videos and record voiceovers
- Produce short, fun, aesthetic-first videos aimed at Gen Z
- Upload and schedule regular content (Reels, Stories, Posts)
- Engage with the community through comments, replies, and DMs
- Track performance, identify what works, and propose new ideas to grow our following
- Write short copy (EN/DE) for social media, emails, and announcements
- Support occasional copy needs for the website, platform updates, or promotional materials
Requirements
- Based in Berlin: You’ll be capturing the city’s culture, vibe, and key events
- Strong eye for aesthetics
- Comfortable on camera (e.g., recording talking-head segments)
- Basic smartphone photography and video skills (iPhone is sufficient)
- Startup mindset: proactive, hands-on, and willing to experiment
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
