About the role

  • Assistenz im Risikomanagement und Fördermittelberatung bei Diakonisches Werk. Koordination von Terminen, Veranstaltungsmanagement und Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung.

Responsibilities

  • Varied assistant duties and oversight of ongoing processes within the department
  • Coordination and organization of appointments and event management
  • Preparation and compilation of presentation materials
  • Active contribution to the department's online presence in the customer portal
  • Invoicing in SAP and customer communication
  • Support for the department head with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Ideally experience in administration or secretarial work
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Reliability and commitment
  • Familiarity with a digital working environment – routine use of MS 365
  • Knowledge of process optimization and experience with Power Apps
  • Excellent German language skills
