About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality and growth of behavioral and mental health programs
- Build and maintain partnerships
- Support team well-being and ensure financial sustainability
- Develop and implement programmatic and financial strategies
- Supervise and support a team of six direct reports
- Create an environment consistent with BACR values and guiding principles
- Ensure effective delivery and impact of programming
- Work closely with stakeholders for program retention and expansion
- Lead fundraising and resource development activities
- Develop annual budgets in partnership with stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years managing programs in the fields of behavioral health, mental health, or related social services
- Knowledge of and ability to uphold all legal and ethical professional standards
- Proven record of securing public and private funding
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting complex data.
- Experience working with school aged youth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and sustain various clearances required for the program
