About the role

  • Executive Director overseeing growth and quality of behavioral health programs for BACR. Collaborating with teams and ensuring financial sustainability while supporting youth services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the quality and growth of behavioral and mental health programs
  • Build and maintain partnerships
  • Support team well-being and ensure financial sustainability
  • Develop and implement programmatic and financial strategies
  • Supervise and support a team of six direct reports
  • Create an environment consistent with BACR values and guiding principles
  • Ensure effective delivery and impact of programming
  • Work closely with stakeholders for program retention and expansion
  • Lead fundraising and resource development activities
  • Develop annual budgets in partnership with stakeholders

Requirements

  • 7+ years managing programs in the fields of behavioral health, mental health, or related social services
  • Knowledge of and ability to uphold all legal and ethical professional standards
  • Proven record of securing public and private funding
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting complex data.
  • Experience working with school aged youth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and sustain various clearances required for the program
