About the role

  • Sales Manager Workspace at BACHMANN developing and expanding Workspace business in Rhein-Main. Engaging with architects, suppliers, and customers to drive projects and sales.

Responsibilities

  • You will further develop our Workspace business in the Rhine‑Main region
  • You will be the primary point of contact for architects, planners, furniture manufacturers, specialist retailers and large end customers
  • Maintain and expand an existing network and proactively acquire new customers
  • Project acquisition & deal closing – you identify opportunities and turn them into significant projects
  • Present our Workspace solutions to partners, architects and end customers
  • Conduct product trainings and participate in regional events and trade fairs
  • Independently plan your week, appointments and market strategy
  • Market analysis, competitor monitoring and proactive input on products and pricing
  • Close collaboration with Inside Sales, Product Management & Marketing

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical/vocational training
  • Experience in project business (processes, decision‑makers, stakeholders)
  • Strong sales personality with a proven ability to close deals and a focus on building sustainable relationships
  • High self‑initiative, strong organizational skills and enjoyment of working in the field
  • Valid driving licence (Class B)
