Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and expand BACHMANN’s presence in your region: Île-de-France, Hauts-de-France & Centre
Win new customers and strengthen partnerships through visits, trade fairs, and follow-ups
Deliver product trainings in your region and showcase solutions in our Paris showroom
Manage distributor networks and boost regional performance
Ensure strong branding and positioning of BACHMANN
Analyze your activities, maintain accurate CRM data, and prepare clear sales reports
Represent BACHMANN as a trusted partner for innovative solutions
Requirements
Background in electrical or commercial fields with a basic understanding of the electrical sector (or similar)
Proven experience in B2B sales and account management, including quotations and project sales
Strong customer focus, excellent interpersonal skills, and persistence in a results-driven sales approach
Independent, well-organized, and proactive with a methodical way of working
Dynamic, motivated, and open-minded personality
Fluent in French and confident in English (spoken and written)
Comfortable with CRM data management and reporting
Willingness to travel within your region and work from a home-office base
