Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated product support strategies.
Produce, develop, and support the creation of technical documents, manuals, guides, and training programs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product managers to ensure accuracy and clarity in all documentation.
Conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) analyses to enhance product support.
Perform Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).
Requirements
Proven experience as a Technical Author, preferably within the defence sector.
Strategic sparing studies and sparing analysis.
Automotive industry experience.
Defence contract experience.
Experience of military specification documents.
ARMS studies.
FMECA – quantitative failure analysis.
Security Clearance.
