About the role

  • Nurse providing patient care management and training in the Ruhr area. Focus on patient monitoring, organization, and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

  • Your main responsibilities are organizing care and assessing care needs
  • Training patients, relatives and nursing services in the patient’s home
  • This includes operating infusion pumps in accordance with the German Medical Devices Act (MPG)
  • Based on physician delegation, you will perform tasks related to intravenous access
  • Ensuring continuity and safety of care is a top priority
  • An important part of the role is patient monitoring, documentation of services, and regular feedback to those responsible for the therapy
  • You will receive intensive and comprehensive onboarding and will work in an experienced team
  • As a team member, you report to the regional team manager

Requirements

  • State-qualified nurse / Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Pediatric nurses are also welcome
  • Strong communication skills
  • Empathy
  • Resilience and ability to work in a team
  • Driver’s license and basic IT/PC skills
  • Willingness to undertake regional day travel assignments
