About the role

  • Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Azqore managing recruitment processes for the Lisbon hub. Collaborating with the HR team to support strategic hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • You will be involved throughout the recruitment cycle, from posting jobs across various channels and reviewing applications to the final selection.
  • You will be responsible for a recruitment portfolio and will work autonomously on the recruitment processes assigned to you.
  • Your tasks will include:
  • Posting job advertisements for your assigned portfolio across various platforms,
  • Managing applications,
  • Implementing direct sourcing on specialist sites when necessary,
  • Conducting pre-qualification interviews with candidates,
  • Organizing interviews and tracking applications throughout the recruitment process,
  • Supporting the assessment process according to the defined strategy for each position,
  • Ensuring quality follow-up on your assigned portfolio and reporting on your activities,
  • Keeping accurate records and reporting on your activities.
  • You will also have a cross-functional role through the following tasks:
  • Creating a talent pool for recurring recruitment needs,
  • Contributing to local employer branding,
  • Participating in specialized forums to meet potential candidates and promote Azqore.

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting banking back-office profiles (settlement officers, cash transfer, corporate actions, reconciliation & investigation officers, etc.).
  • You are autonomous, tenacious, rigorous, and able to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously.
  • Recognized for your ability to synthesize information and define the most efficient path (process/data) to achieve objectives.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different hierarchical levels.
  • Fluent English is mandatory (spoken & written); French is a plus.
