About the role

  • Regional Sales Manager for promoting Axis Communications solutions in Canada. Responsible for business planning, partner growth, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Create a region wide business plan that will achieve and exceed sales and margin targets for the region.
  • Develop and grow key Integration partners who will drive usage among their end users.
  • Discover and cultivate key A&E specifiers in the region who will support and specify 2N and Axis products in project based opportunities.
  • Develop key relationships with distribution branches that support 2N and Axis.
  • Work with the Canadian team to develop best practices and transfer knowledge within.
  • Identify and participate in key industry events, meetings, trade shows, conferences and associations promoting 2N/Axis within the industry.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reports on activity and pipelines using Salesforce.
  • Keep all reporting up to date on a weekly basis and achieve pipeline and opportunity targets as set by sales management.
  • Be a team player working with all 2N and Axis personnel to advance our overall business.
  • Achieve monthly and annual quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area
  • 5+ years in sales driven position
  • Strong technical background
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications
