About the role

  • Marketing Manager specializing in B2B lead generation and performance marketing for IT services provider. Overseeing marketing strategies and implementation from planning to execution with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the marketing of the Business Unit with a clear focus on lead generation, market activation and effective sales support.
  • You define strategic priorities, develop appropriate measures and independently drive their implementation.
  • Whether a digital campaign, event or partner initiative — you ensure every activity consistently contributes to concrete goals and delivers measurable results.
  • Plan, execute and optimize B2B marketing campaigns
  • Manage performance activities (LinkedIn Ads, SEA, e-mail marketing)
  • Develop and maintain landing pages and lead funnels
  • Structured handover of leads to Sales
  • Campaign reporting and performance analysis
  • Maintain and further develop website content in the CMS
  • Implement marketing automation measures
  • Active work in the CRM (lead nurturing, campaign assignment, reporting)
  • Implement and refine social media strategy and create content
  • Develop presentations and sales collateral
  • Support account-based marketing activities
  • Assist with strategically relevant customer initiatives
  • Organize and run webinars, customer events and trade show appearances
  • Follow-up activities including lead tracking
  • Monitor relevant KPIs
  • Analyze campaign results
  • Identify optimization potential
  • Track budgets for local activities
  • Manage external service providers

Requirements

  • Solid marketing education (HF/FH or equivalent)
  • Several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in IT
  • Experience with performance marketing and lead processes
  • Confident use of CRM and marketing tools
  • Understanding of sales processes and pipeline logic
  • Very good German and good English
  • Microsoft experience is an advantage
