About the role

  • Key Account Manager overseeing sales strategies and customer engagement at Axians Infoma. Focusing on ICT, ERP, and DMS solutions for public sector clients.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and actively develop the assigned sales territory
  • Actively maintain existing customer relationships and strategically approach potential new clients
  • Advise on and sell customized IT, software and digitalization projects
  • Play a central role in the professional handling of public tenders: analyze requirements, coordinate internally, prepare compelling proposals and present tailored solutions to decision-makers
  • Prepare accurate quotes and contracts, negotiate terms and close successful deals
  • Organize and participate in targeted events with prospects, customers and partners to strengthen market presence and nurture relationships

Requirements

  • Solid, several years of sales experience in consulting and successfully selling ICT, ERP or DMS solutions
  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent qualification with relevant practical experience
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style with a strong results focus
  • Strong communicator with an empathetic personality, high initiative and enjoyment of customer contact
  • Hands-on mentality: flexible, resilient, motivated and consistently solution-oriented
  • Professional demeanour combined with persuasive impact and a strong presence in customer settings
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and a strong digital affinity
  • Business-fluent German (spoken and written) and good English; French and/or Italian are a plus
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently
  • Solid understanding of contract law (Swiss Code of Obligations) and confident handling of legal frameworks
  • Valid driving licence (category B)
  • Experience working with public administrations, particularly with tendering processes, is a clear advantage
