About the role

• IT trainee supporting customers with technical inquiries and providing technical support remotely. Learning modern cloud solutions and becoming part of a motivated team at Axians.

Responsibilities

• Technical support & consulting: You support and advise our customers on technical questions related to our IT solutions.
• Customer service: You assist users with our software solution Infoma newsystem and ensure smooth operation.
• Remote services: You perform technical services directly for customers — mostly remotely — e.g., on Microsoft SQL Servers and databases.
• Experience technology trends: You will get to know modern solutions in the cloud and mobility space and support our customers in adopting and using these technologies.
• Team spirit: From day one you will be an integral part of our young, motivated team.

Requirements

• You will start your IT apprenticeship in September 2026.
• You have a good Realschule certificate (Realschulabschluss) or a (Fach-)Abitur.
• You have very good German skills (C1) and good English skills.
• You are passionate about technology — whether computers, networks, or software.
• You are a team player, reliable, and enjoy learning new things.
• Logical thinking and a quick grasp of new concepts characterize you.
