About the role

  • People Systems Analyst managing Workday Compensation configuration at Harvey. Supporting compensation review cycles and custom reporting to enhance People Ops functions.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday Compensation plans
  • Support annual and mid-year compensation review cycles end-to-end
  • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Workday
  • Support the implementation and configuration of the Advanced Compensation module
  • Manage Workday integrations related to compensation data
  • Configure and maintain Workday security roles and permissions
  • Partner cross-functionally with People Ops, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT
  • Manage Workday release cycles

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday configuration and administration
  • Proven experience supporting compensation review cycles within Workday
  • Strong proficiency in Workday custom report writing
  • Experience with Workday security configuration
  • Experience building and managing Workday integrations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment
