About the role

  • Marketing Assistant support in crafting strategies and managing social media channels. Creating and analyzing content for various platforms to engage customers across digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of corporate social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content for better performance.
  • Produce high-quality visual and written content for social media, including photography and video.
  • Coordinate with external production partners, when necessary, to ensure brand consistency.
  • Edit and adapt multimedia content for different platforms and formats.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns on social media, app, and website.
  • Manage and update content on the company’s websites and apps, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement promotional activations and landing pages.
  • Maintain and update internal digital communication channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet posts).
  • Ensure timely dissemination of relevant information to internal stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics for social media and website content.
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all digital content complies with brand standards and legal requirements.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Propose action plans to capture qualified leads through digital channels.
  • Support the management of internal incentive campaigns.
  • Localize content produced in English by global offices for the Brazilian audience.
  • Manage the accreditation process for partner agencies to access restricted airport areas.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail (brick-and-mortar or e-commerce) or in industry, preferably in beauty, alcoholic beverages, confectionery, or fashion.
  • Good knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with photo and video editing software (e.g., Canva).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced English.
  • Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree).
