Responsibilities
Monitor results and optimize strategies and course corrections in real time; produce event reports.
Develop and lead internal and external projects, streamlining processes and workflows with organization, dynamism and support from tools (Trello).
Manage projects in partnership with leadership from agencies specialized in contracting and managing creators, including budget management.
Work collaboratively with different areas of the company (Content, Consumer & Market Insights, Media, Brand teams, among others).
Keep up with innovations in technology, advertising and media, analyzing trends, platform launches and success cases to drive strategic innovation.
Coordinate relationships with the press, influencers, partners and opinion leaders.
Lead the PR agency as well as the PR strategy and agenda, including events and press relations.
Produce seeding materials and maintain knowledge of mailing lists related to fashion retail.
Plan and execute proactive and reactive communications actions, including launches, events, campaigns and special activations.
Monitor trends in fashion, behavior, consumption and culture to identify editorial opportunities and storytelling angles.
Track results and generate analyses of brand impact and reputation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related fields.
Experience with social media and creators in media/advertising agencies, retail and/or media outlets.
Deep knowledge of the digital ecosystem and social networks.
Experience in Public Relations.
Intermediate English.
