Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed annual sales targets aligned with business priorities
Develop and execute clear action plans to drive consistent performance
Deliver agreed KPIs through a balanced mix of lead conversion, outbound activity and pipeline management
Manage marketing-generated leads in a timely and professional manner
Conduct effective discovery conversations to understand client needs
Proactively build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking and follow-ups
Prepare, manage and follow up on quotations and proposals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and CRM systems
Work closely with Marketing, Service Delivery and Sales colleagues
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales
Consistent achievement of sales targets
Strong pipeline development and lead conversion experience
Experience preparing quotations, bids and proposals
Commercial awareness and margin management
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to prioritise and work independently
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and standard IT tools
