About the role

  • Technical Integrations Manager coordinating external partner integrations with Avantio's platform. Ensuring technical soundness and supporting partners during the integration processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate integration projects between external partners and the Avantio platform, ensuring timelines, scope and quality standards are met.
  • Guide partners through the technical onboarding process and support them during their integration journey.
  • Act as the main point of contact for external companies during the integration lifecycle.
  • Ensure external partners correctly understand and use Avantio’s APIs and integration workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product and Support) to resolve technical issues and facilitate smooth integrations.
  • Support partners in troubleshooting integration issues and identifying root causes.
  • Monitor the progress of integrations and ensure readiness for production go-live.
  • Identify potential risks during integrations and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Provide clear technical guidance and documentation to partners.
  • Suggest improvements to integration processes and API documentation based on partner feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience managing technical projects or API integration projects.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, API Keys) and integration workflows.
  • Ability to work with technical partners and engineering teams.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello or similar.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
