About the role

  • Manager, Brand & Portfolio Management driving consumer-centric brand portfolio growth at Mondelēz International. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and analyzing market trends for strategic execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities
  • Lead recommendations for integrated commercial plans
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts
  • Analyze, seek, and discover relevant trends and metrics
  • Translate strategy to execution via marketing excellence
  • Collaborate with Sales to drive distribution and sales at key retail accounts
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Analyze brand performance and marketing effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
  • MS or MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of commercial experience preferably in Brand Management, working with medium or large CPG brands (revenue of $100MM+)
  • Hispanic brands preferred
  • Bilingual English-Spanish required
