Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of dealerships, achieving targets through new business, upsell, and cross-sell
Travel to Spain 2-3 times/month to meet clients and prospects on-site, selling our SaaS solutions, delivering training, and tailored consultancy
Collaborate closely with the Milan based team to share insights and align on strategy
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline, exceeding KPIs and revenue goals
Advise on digital tools (Google Analytics, tracking systems, etc.) and optimize performance
Monitor portfolio health and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of B2B tech sales or consulting experience in a high-activity environment, including at least 1 year of remote field sales
Confident communicator with strong leadership skills and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and delivering results
Track record of success in cold outreach, lead generation, and business development
Passion for digital tools, sales performance, and helping businesses grow
Native-level Spanish and native-level Italian, with professional-level English (our internal company language)
Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently (all travel expenses, including mileage reimbursement, are covered).
