About the role

  • Digital Sales Consultant focusing on dealership partnerships and driving sales in Italy and Spain. Building strong relationships and helping dealerships grow through SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of dealerships, achieving targets through new business, upsell, and cross-sell
  • Travel to Spain 2-3 times/month to meet clients and prospects on-site, selling our SaaS solutions, delivering training, and tailored consultancy
  • Collaborate closely with the Milan based team to share insights and align on strategy
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline, exceeding KPIs and revenue goals
  • Advise on digital tools (Google Analytics, tracking systems, etc.) and optimize performance
  • Monitor portfolio health and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B tech sales or consulting experience in a high-activity environment, including at least 1 year of remote field sales
  • Confident communicator with strong leadership skills and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and delivering results
  • Track record of success in cold outreach, lead generation, and business development
  • Passion for digital tools, sales performance, and helping businesses grow
  • Native-level Spanish and native-level Italian, with professional-level English (our internal company language)
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently (all travel expenses, including mileage reimbursement, are covered).
