About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a scalable GTM analytics strategy
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics initiatives
  • Ensure rigorous data governance
  • Synthesize and present insights clearly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field (required)
  • More than 10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, SaaS strategy, or GTM/sales operations
  • Expert proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, objects, and data architecture
  • Strong understanding of core B2B sales and marketing processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create clear reports and presentations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven project management skills
