Requirements
10+ years of B2B and B2C event strategy and production experience at scale; experience with product/user conferences a plus
Proactive, loves designing experiences and cares deeply about our Company and brand
Strong business insight and the ability to see the business impact beyond the details of planning
Comfortable knowledge of digital marketing channels
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, with an ability to develop strong relationships and communicate at all levels
A track record of recruiting and retaining talent and an eye for innovative production
Ability to make decisions and recommendations without having all details finalized
Experience pushing the barriers of creating hybrid events that engages in-person and virtually
Strong people leadership to continue to grow talent, empower teams and organize employees around strengths and growth opportunities
Proven leadership in supervising and leading multiple work streams concurrently with operational rigor around timelines, key deliverables and budget
