- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX/UI, and DevOps, to drive innovation and best practices.
- Conduct and oversee code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the full stack.
- Stay updated with industry trends and proactively introduce improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web application development with React and .NET (in total).
- Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong expertise in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Proven experience in architectural decision-making and system design.
- Experience with source control systems and branching strategies (e.g., Git).
- Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
