Responsibilities
Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support
Manage inbound communications and assist with client inquiries
Facilitate the seamless transfer of business during acquisitions
Collaborate with Financial Planners to support annual client review meetings
Support various projects as required
Requirements
Minimum 5 GCSEs graded A-B (6), or equivalent, including Maths and English or have the experience to demonstrate the ability to work at this level
Excellent interpersonal, listening, numerical and IT skills
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Good organisational, time management, and caseload management skills
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Experience within Financial Planning or Wealth Management would be an advantage
A relevant degree, such as Economics, or Financial Services industry experience
An aspiration to become a Financial Planner or Paraplanner
Currently working towards your Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII)
