About the role

  • Provide overall direction and leadership for Outreach and Engagement as well as IT, Cybersecurity and Data Operations Services in support of the MC&FP.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Government stakeholder and contractor team.
  • Manage task performance, cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Implement quality assurance measures.
  • Lead status meetings, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Drive risk management, resource planning, and performance optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
  • Must possess a valid PMP or PgMP certification from PMI
  • At least five (5) years of program management experience supporting Large Federal Government programs with similar size and scope.
  • Experience providing support for large Department of Defense contracts with a preference for MC&FP or related support activities.
  • Experienced managing programs providing Outreach & Engagement (O&E) leadership converting brand, content, PR, web/social media.
  • Experience managing large IT focused programs (cybersecurity, software development, cloud migration)
  • Must possess an understanding of and the ability to effectively communicate strategic communication initiatives.
  • Must have a active Secret Security Clearance or Active favorable Tier 3 investigation.
