About the role
- Field Application Engineer collaborating with key customers in France. Supporting technical growth and aligning customer needs with AT&S solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions with existing customers to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and provide budgetary quotations
- Collaborate with internal teams to guide customers on design choices, stack-ups, materials, and manufacturability
- Promote AT&S solutions to drive cross- and up-selling initiatives and support opportunity closure during late-stage development engagements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requirements, and projects within the CRM system
- Capture market insights from customer feedback and share relevant trends with internal stakeholders to inform strategy
- Document customer technology roadmaps and align them with AT&S capabilities through close coordination with internal teams
Requirements
- BA in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related field
- 5+ years experience in technical sales or customer-facing engineering roles, preferably in PCB or electronics manufacturing
- Strong understanding of PCB technologies and manufacturing processes
- Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to identify future trends and relationships
- Fluent in written and verbal English (French is a plus)
