About the role

  • Overall responsibility for defined accounts including profit and revenue responsibility
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customer and coordinate all customer relevant activities within AT&S
  • Contract review, pricing and price review according to internal guidelines
  • Provide management with the relevant information and updates about customer activities, competition and general market
  • Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Account Management
  • Bachelor degree (technical or commercial background) with long-term sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Fluent in written and verbal English (French is a plus)
