Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Write and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and to guarantee their implementation.
- Write detailed functional specifications and ensure their alignment with business needs.
- Support functional testing by defining test cases and validating completed developments.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective) and act as an interface between business and technical teams.
- Ensure communication and reporting to the various stakeholders.
- Identify and anticipate risks related to functional changes and propose corrective actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools related to requirements management and product tracking.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT project management (Bac+5) with at least 5 years of experience.
- Strong analytical, synthesis and documentation skills.
- Autonomy, rigor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with a good ability to manage priorities.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
