About the role

  • Sales Professional responsible for driving new business in the Indian BFSI sector for AI-powered TPRM SaaS platform. Managing complex sales cycles and building strong relationships across banks and fintech.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for BFSI customers: lead generation, qualification, discovery, demos, solution mapping, pricing, negotiation, and closure
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with leading banks, NBFCs, insurers, AMCs, fintech, and payment companies
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets consistently
  • Develop strong long-term relationships and position the product as a strategic solution for risk, compliance, and procurement transformation
  • Conduct senior-level conversations addressing governance, TPRM maturity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Prepare sales forecasts and weekly pipeline reports
  • Collaborate with presales, customer success, marketing, and leadership for conversion
  • Represent the company in events, webinars, partner meets, and industry forums

Requirements

  • Relevant B2B SaaS sales experience, in Indian BFSI sector, preferably in Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Procurement, GRC, or related domains
  • Strong, proven connects across banks, NBFCs, insurers, AMCs, and fintech decision-makers
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and handling complex sales cycles
  • High ownership mindset, self-driven, and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of TPRM/GRC processes, vendor onboarding, due diligence, or compliance frameworks is a plus
