Responsibilities
Responsible for lead generation, supporting account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage and maintain existing customer relationships and acquire new customers
Proactively reach out to business contacts by phone based on trade show leads, marketing campaigns, and research on the internet and social networks
Conduct needs analyses and qualify potential business clients, documenting interactions in the CRM tool
Strategically develop our business by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones
Present our products to customers and at industry trade shows
Execute sales-promoting activities in coordination with our marketing team and the account manager, including contract and price negotiations
Support order processing as needed
Requirements
Business administration knowledge
Passion for sales, basic IT knowledge, and a strong affinity for technology
High level of motivation and commitment, with enthusiasm for future-oriented technologies
Highly independent working style as well as strong teamwork skills and seamless cooperation with other departments
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Enjoys phone-based communication and talking with prospects/customers
Very good German and English language skills
