Human Resources Analyst for Atento receiving and analyzing employee manifestations via the Corporate Ombudsman Channel. Supporting internal areas with guidance and reports related to complaints.
Responsibilities
Review reports received through the Ombudsman Channel;
Mediate with responsible areas via the internal system;
Assess responses from involved areas and route cases according to established criteria;
Close Ombudsman cases with complainants, ensuring clarity and quality in responses;
Collect and consolidate data and metrics related to reports;
Support and advise internal teams on Ombudsman procedures and workflows;
Handle inquiries via email;
Participate in in-person interviews/meetings at Atento units with complainants, reporters, or witnesses;
Make telephone contacts with leaders when necessary;
Requirements
Required:
Current or previous experience in administrative roles;
Candidate level: Assistants and Junior Analysts;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Availability to travel between Atento units in São Paulo.
