Responsibilities
Self-generating and managing marketing generated leads to build a solid pipeline that assures quota attainment.
Setting up calls and meetings with decision makers, influencers, and senior executives.
Presenting the values of a partnership with Asure beyond just product features and functionality during all phases of the sales cycle.
Understanding the prospect’s business needs and market challenges.
Negotiating sound financial agreements which are win-win solutions for Asure and clients.
Conducting high level product demonstrations and presenting the value of partnering with Asure with prospects and clients.
Diligently recording sales activities in Salesforce and providing accurate and realistic sales forecast.
Conducts negotiations on behalf of Asure to secure sales that represent good business within current sales framework, authorities, and practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
Minimum of 5+ years successful experience in consultative software sales working with named accounts (current clients and partners)
Experience selling a Payroll Tax, HCM or TLM SaaS solution preferred
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
