About the role

  • Sales Executive responsible for selling Payroll Tax Management solutions to enterprise companies. Building relationships and managing sales strategies for Asure Software's HCM offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Self-generating and managing marketing generated leads to build a solid pipeline that assures quota attainment.
  • Setting up calls and meetings with decision makers, influencers, and senior executives.
  • Presenting the values of a partnership with Asure beyond just product features and functionality during all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Understanding the prospect’s business needs and market challenges.
  • Negotiating sound financial agreements which are win-win solutions for Asure and clients.
  • Conducting high level product demonstrations and presenting the value of partnering with Asure with prospects and clients.
  • Diligently recording sales activities in Salesforce and providing accurate and realistic sales forecast.
  • Conducts negotiations on behalf of Asure to secure sales that represent good business within current sales framework, authorities, and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years successful experience in consultative software sales working with named accounts (current clients and partners)
  • Experience selling a Payroll Tax, HCM or TLM SaaS solution preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Disciplined and self-motivated to exceed quota
  • Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
  • Proven relationship building and client service skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, yielding exceptional results
  • Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
  • Proficient computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Google Tools, and AI usage experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, SalesLoft and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Zoom or other comparable tools
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Fluid presentation and persuasion skills
  • Polished presenter of demos and webinars
  • Proven track record of consistent over-achievement of assigned sales quota
  • Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s License to be eligible for hire.
