About the role

  • Managing defined geographic territory and exceeding assigned revenue expectations representing Astanza’s aesthetic laser portfolio
  • Gaining hands-on education with innovative laser technology
  • Building positive relationships with private practice and medical spa providers
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with the company core values
  • Growing Astanza’s install base while establishing a positive reputation in the defined geographic region
  • Traveling 75% or less, driving throughout the assigned territory.
  • Independently driving territory growth through cold-calling and on-site meetings
  • Generating leads with organized and strategic route planning
  • Creating urgency utilizing professional and ethical sales techniques to close sales
  • Representing Astanza at select trade shows and/or KOL events.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years selling capital equipment, preferably in the aesthetics/laser industry
  • Top 20% performer. President’s Club–level results preferred.
  • Demonstrated/proven track record of exceeding quota with complex sales cycles including multiple touch points with multiple influencers and decision makers
  • Territory familiarity, ruthless time management, pipeline hygiene
  • High volume lead generation in the field
  • Mastery of the industry and business challenges prospective customers face
  • Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
