Responsibilities
You systematically identify optimization opportunities in production and logistics processes across the entire supply chain
You analyze existing processes, identify non-value-adding activities and derive concrete improvement measures
You achieve sustainable cost savings by applying lean principles, process design and continuous improvement
You evaluate, standardize and redesign production and logistics processes to ensure stable and efficient operations
You define, implement and monitor relevant KPIs to measure the success of lean and optimization initiatives
You actively contribute to building and further developing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
You create, maintain and update work instructions, production documentation and lean/process documentation (e.g., lean handbook)
You actively participate in or lead lean, continuous improvement (CI) and optimization projects
Requirements
Advanced training as a Process Specialist and/or Technician (HF - Higher Technical College diploma)
Familiarity with business/corporate processes is an advantage
Training in Lean Management (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt) is advantageous
Further training in project management (e.g., IPMA Level D, CAS Project Management) is an advantage
At least 5 years of professional experience in lean, logistics, or supply chain
Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written
Strong communicator with analytical thinking and an independent working style, high self-initiative, team spirit and resilience
