Work closely with external sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to gather inputs, coordinate timelines, and ensure smooth bid delivery from start to finish.
Maintain pricing databases, margin trackers, and proposal templates. Ensure all documentation follows best practice standards and company governance.
Monitor bid success rates, conversion metrics, and margin performance to support continuous improvement and smarter decision-making.
Contribute to win strategy sessions, peer reviews, and creative proposal meetings — ensuring every document reflects professionalism and precision.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in internal sales, bid coordination, or commercial support.
A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Excellent communication and English writing skills (German a plus!).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
Experience using CRM tools and document management systems.
