Responsibilities
Serve as a brand ambassador for FlexiForce by demonstrating our core values
Prospect, estimate, prepare quotations, and develop a defined geographic sales area
Maintain strong relationships through in‑person and virtual meetings with existing and prospective customers
Support and grow key accounts
Provide insight into upcoming product developments and communicate customer requirements to internal teams
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and technical specifications
Deliver product training and provide technical support related to the product offering
Attend relevant industry trade shows and participate in applicable industry associations
Support customer order entry, expedite orders with production control, and help streamline customer ordering workflows
Assist with product configuration for custom or special applications
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on‑time delivery targets (98%+) are met
Understand and consider cost structure in quotations and negotiations
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales
Strong background in the windows industry or building materials sector
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience coupled with formal sales process training
Effective computer skills including familiarity with ERP and CRM software as well as MS Office programs
Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
Ability to negotiate variations in pricing, delivery and specifications
Analytical and detail oriented with an ability to understand manufacturing costs
