Oversees human-centered recruitment strategy for nonprofit organization serving Cal Poly Pomona students. Provides support for talent acquisition, management, and candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Provide oversight and supervision of the human-centered recruitment strategy • Assist with the management and enhancement of the talent acquisition unit infrastructure • Support the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of an efficient, human-centered candidate sourcing process • Provides high-touch, prompt communication to support both recruits and hiring managers • Manage the Recruitment Assistants team to ensure proper allocation and timely task completion • Assist in the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of the ASI recruitment strategy • Create and deliver engaging presentations to promote job opportunities • Manage all job fairs, employment specific presentations/opportunities, and event tabling for candidate sourcing • Create positive and sustainable external relationships with campus stakeholders for recruitment opportunities.
Requirements
12 credit/units in Management and Human Resources (MHR), or equivalent • Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment • 6 months of customer service experience • Minimum of 1 year of leading or supervising the work of others • Experience presenting to audiences • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends and recommend improvement practices in talent acquisition • Working knowledge of human resources functions, procedures, and systems • Experience within a university or nonprofit environment, preferred.
