About the role

  • Customer Service Officer managing international customer portfolios at Arteco, handling order-to-cash processes and ensuring seamless communication with customers and logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a customer portfolio building close working relationships to understand and meet their needs
  • Oversee the entire order-to-cash (O2C) process in a SAP environment
  • Ensure timely and accurate order entry
  • Coordinate logistics and make sure all (export) documentation is in place
  • Ensure accurate pricing and on-time invoicing
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact for the customer regarding orders, logistics and documentation
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with customers
  • Liaise between the customer, production plant, and logistics service provider (LSP)
  • Proactively resolve issues related to orders and deliveries and keep customers informed
  • Directly report to the Customer Service Teamlead

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in applied language studies, Logistics management, Office Management or equivalent through experience
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of other languages is an asset
  • Work effectively with diverse teams and customers worldwide
  • Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Combine flexibility and strong planning skills with a hands-on mentality to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Clear and professional communication skills
