About the role

  • District Manager for Aroma-Zone overseeing 3-4 boutiques in Nord region. Driving commercial dynamics, team leadership, and customer engagement in a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for maintaining the commercial momentum defined by the Regional Manager
  • Monitor and grow sales across your district of stores
  • Ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives and implement action plans
  • Lead, develop and motivate the field teams in your district
  • Coordinate sales force activities to optimize results
  • Act as the interface between field teams and regional managers
  • Maintain a strong in-store presence; when needed, welcome, advise and process customer payments
  • Manage HR contracts and personnel movements for the teams
  • Oversee the onboarding of new employees
  • Ensure correct implementation in stores of communicated HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Business degree or commercial training
  • 5 to 7 years' experience managing teams in the retail sector
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Store Manager
  • Knowledge of cosmetics and/or organic products is a plus
  • Strong understanding of retail operations: customer advising, reporting, performance indicators, inventory management
  • Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office) and point-of-sale systems (ideally Cegid)
  • Good command of English
  • Weekly travel across your district, including to Belgium
  • Saturday work
