Responsibilities
Be responsible for maintaining the commercial momentum defined by the Regional Manager
Monitor and grow sales across your district of stores
Ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives and implement action plans
Lead, develop and motivate the field teams in your district
Coordinate sales force activities to optimize results
Act as the interface between field teams and regional managers
Maintain a strong in-store presence; when needed, welcome, advise and process customer payments
Manage HR contracts and personnel movements for the teams
Oversee the onboarding of new employees
Ensure correct implementation in stores of communicated HR policies and procedures
Requirements
Business degree or commercial training
5 to 7 years' experience managing teams in the retail sector
At least 5 years' experience as a Store Manager
Knowledge of cosmetics and/or organic products is a plus
