Responsibilities
Inside sales support for the Maghreb region
Schedule monitoring and complaint handling
Preparation and management of customer orders
Maintenance of all customer and project data using a CRM system
Participation in and organization of international sales meetings and trade fairs
Handling inquiries in French and English with a focus on resolving technical questions
Preparation of quotations and quotation follow-up / project tracking
Requirements
A technical education or several years of experience in a technical environment
At least 2 years of sales experience in an inside sales role within industry
Fluent German and French skills and good English skills
Experience with ERP software (INFOR), CRM systems and common Microsoft applications (MS Office)
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and an independent yet team-oriented working style
Willingness to travel internationally (20–25%) and a valid driving licence (Class B)
