About the role

  • Kundenmanager verantwortlich für die innendienstliche Betreuung im Maghreb. Technische Anfragen klären, Kundenaufträge betreuen und internationale Vertriebstagungen durchführen.

Responsibilities

  • Inside sales support for the Maghreb region
  • Schedule monitoring and complaint handling
  • Preparation and management of customer orders
  • Maintenance of all customer and project data using a CRM system
  • Participation in and organization of international sales meetings and trade fairs
  • Handling inquiries in French and English with a focus on resolving technical questions
  • Preparation of quotations and quotation follow-up / project tracking

Requirements

  • A technical education or several years of experience in a technical environment
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in an inside sales role within industry
  • Fluent German and French skills and good English skills
  • Experience with ERP software (INFOR), CRM systems and common Microsoft applications (MS Office)
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and an independent yet team-oriented working style
  • Willingness to travel internationally (20–25%) and a valid driving licence (Class B)
