About the role

  • Faturamento Analyst responsible for billing tasks in a technology-driven safety company. Ensuring accuracy in billing documents and collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy, organization, and efficiency of the billing process.
  • Help ensure that all steps from issuance to verification of documents are completed with quality, compliance, and within deadlines.
  • Analyze measurement reports.
  • Send invoices and contact clients to request or confirm invoice delivery.
  • Issue tax invoices (nota fiscal).
  • Review documents and data for billing.
  • Verify taxation, CFOPs and fiscal rules.
  • Organize and file billing records.
  • Support accounts receivable with daily activities.
  • Update customer records and information in the system.
  • Interact with internal departments to align information.
  • Generate billing reports and KPIs.
  • Assist in audits and compliance processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
  • Previous experience in billing operations
  • Knowledge of Excel or Power BI
