Responsibilities
- Support the Buy Ready process throughout the Product Lifecycle
- Assist the finished goods Sourcing team to achieve cost and margin targets
- Maintain vendor relationships and meet supply chain requirements
- Scale skilled, capable manufacturing base
- Learn and/or use technology including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Centric PLM system, Smartsheet, Power BI
Requirements
- Completed at least 2 years of post-secondary education in business, supply chain management or related field
- Knowledge or desire to understand soft product/apparel construction
- Understanding of the product lifecycle – from ideation to consumer
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, both internally and externally
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks within tight deadlines
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
