About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of services procurement professionals in a Global Services Procurement Center
  • Ensure integration with client-specific program delivery teams
  • Develop and mentor team members in procurement best practices
  • Manage dual reporting across different stakeholders
  • Contribute to the SCC and long-term strategy
  • Collaborate with GBS HR on talent retention strategies
  • Support operational leadership in achieving financial goals

Requirements

  • University/Post Graduate degree or equivalent professional experience
  • CIPS or ISM certified is a plus
  • Significant professional experience (12+ years) in Procurement or SOW Management
  • Proven experience managing teams in a complex matrix environment
  • Demonstrated ability to transition teams from administrative tasks to value-added technical delivery
  • Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models and cross-cultural teams
  • Strong partnering, management, collaboration, judgement & decision-making abilities
  • High level of commercial acumen and a strong track record of value generation
  • Digital fluency with Google or Microsoft platforms
